In line with the hotel’s restyling, the Baia delle Ninfe Restaurant is updating its staff and its menu with fine Mediterranean and International cuisine, and, with a selection of typical Sardinian dishes to enjoy in the elegant indoor dining room or on the terrace overlooking Capo Caccia.
Ideal for events and gala dinners, it is a beautiful location for weddings, banquets and wedding receptions that can accommodate up to 250 people.

Our chef Maurilio Bacchella’s skill and creativity are able to satisfy even the most discerning palates, with both meat and fish recommendations. 
Born in Piedmont but an honoury Sardinian, Chef Bacchella is a professional among the most representative of Sardinia, appreciated both in Italy and abroad for his original recipes, which are just as enjoyable to the eye as to the palate.  His cuisine covers the classic recipes of Italian and, in particular, Sardinian gastronomy, recommendations in a contemporary interpretation and embellished with Oriental flavours, spicy notes and scents, all products of his continual “research”.

The Grill Bar in the pool area offers light meals for a quick or late lunch and appetizing snacks.
